Core Values
What we stand on
Authentic Sisterhood
We show up for one another honestly — no performance, no pretense, just real connection.
Compassionate Service
We pour into others through heartfelt action, from a senior's hand to a neighbor in need.
Mindset Growth
We believe confidence and self-love are practices, not accidents — worth building together.
Purposeful Connection
Every gathering, visit, and conversation is designed to mean something, not just fill a calendar.

Founder Story
Lanette Gass
Founder & President
“Live while you're Living.”
Because every season of life is an opportunity to grow, serve, connect, and leave a lasting legacy.
Lanette Gass is the visionary Founder and President of Ladies In Pearls Serving & Connecting (LIPSC), an elite women's social club and community dedicated to empowering women to grow, serve, and connect through meaningful relationships, personal development, elegant social experiences, and community outreach.
With more than 35 years of experience in healthcare administration and over 25 years of leadership, Lanette has built a career centered on serving others, developing people, strengthening teams, and creating positive, lasting impact. Throughout her professional journey, one truth has remained constant: genuine connection has the power to transform lives.
Driven by a passion for bringing women together, Lanette founded LIPSC to create a welcoming space where women from all walks of life can build authentic friendships, encourage one another, invest in personal growth, and serve their communities with purpose. She believes every woman carries unique gifts, wisdom, and experiences — what she affectionately calls "Pearls" — that deserve to be shared.
Beyond her work with LIPSC, Lanette is a speaker, mentor, and mindset growth and self-love coach, committed to helping women build confidence, embrace their purpose, cultivate meaningful relationships, and become the very best version of themselves. Her mission is to inspire women not only to succeed professionally but also to thrive personally, emotionally, and spiritually.
One of LIPSC's signature outreach initiatives is the Nail Polishing Ministry, where volunteers visit senior communities to provide nail care, conversation, encouragement, and companionship — sharing dignity, joy, and love one woman at a time.
Whether she is leading an elegant brunch, facilitating a signature connection experience, mentoring women, or serving her community, Lanette's heart remains the same: to create environments where women feel seen, valued, empowered, and inspired to live with confidence and purpose.
